"Our stay was absolutely amazing. The resort was beautiful, as was the views. I came with a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette. We were able to enjoy all the amenities offered. When we first arrived the room I was assigned to was not ready, the hotel staff was super accommodating and assigned us a premium room with ocean views. One of the joys of the hotel were the constant pool parties! We all had a blast. There were many accommodating staff. Special shout out to Jeffery (he was our waiter when we ate at the steak restaurant), Lewis (he was one of the bartenders at the pool - he makes amazing drinks and always added a special touch), Freddie (who brought smiles to our faces the first night we arrived and ate at the buffet), and Jedder (who brought so much entertainment during our pool days). It’s a place I would recommend to stay. Also, the staff that works at the excursion section at the hotel were top tier, I highly recommend booking through planet hotel for all excursions. It was an overall amazing experience! "

"Just wonderful spending the last week at the beautiful Westin Reserva Conchal. Great variety of restaurants, amazing activities, incredible pools and access to the gorgeous beach with remarkable views. The rooms are very well appointed and spacious and most important of all, the staff are just marvellous. The service is exceptional!"

"Great "bang for your buck"! We were so happy with our big room, nice and clean. We spent one night but had two full days in the hot springs. The breakfast was delicious and the views to the volcano were stunning. We were very pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again!"

"The room was large and very comfortable for our group of four (two adults and two teenagers). We especially enjoyed the private thermal pool, which was an awesome addition. However, we did notice that some of the fixtures in the room are a bit dated, particularly the toilet. Updating these elements would significantly improve the overall experience. Thermal pools were nice and spacious"
