"Beautiful views of Arenal Volcano throughout the hotel and pools, and a convenient location near La Fortuna center. Rooms were well maintained overall, though there were occasional drain odors and signs of mold around the sink. The pools were excellent, and staff consistently delivered attentive service poolside. Overall, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and courteous, making for a very enjoyable stay."

"Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was amazing—it says Continental Breakfast but it’s a full blown buffet with great food and fresh juices. Ceviche for dinner was the best I’ve had. Only negatives were the jets in the shower in the room didn’t work well and some of the hot tubs were either hotter or colder than what was listed. Service in 5th floor restaurant was not great but food was pretty good. Absolutely recommend staying here!"

"Amazing location in the very heart of La Fortuna, but tucked away from the main drags. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very easy to book tours and passes through reception, even at the last minute & their prices were cheaper than on the tour websites!"
