This report is amazing! Breakfast was included every morning and it was a delicious HUGS buffet with a variety of different things to choose from. The other dining options on the property had amazing food as well. The best part of the stay was the staff! Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. We were easily able to schedule a variety of different tours in the area through the hotel. All around an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Customer service was always amazing, there were so many different hot tubs at different heats, the pool was large and heated with a swim up bar, and they had a cold plunge. The view from the room was great of the volcano.

The star was amazing and very kind and anything you needed you got right away! My Spanish was poor and I apologize and even then it didn't matter. There was one instance I came back from the hot spring and needed a towel, I didn't even say anything and someone I believe Dorian I think his name was came out of nowhere to give me a towel. Excellent service and people. Beautiful place as well!
