"We choose this hotel as its very close to Liberia airport and offers a free shuttle. I expected it to be very noisy due to its proximity to ttecaurport but was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t notice the noise from inside our room. It was cool to look out our window and watch planes landing and taking off. The hotel over all was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was great. Only complaint is there are no restaurants around. There’s Starbucks, subway and am/pm next door. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was hotel pricing and meh quality but it did fill us up. "

"Outdoor facilities were great. Rooms are dated, left much to be desired. Staff was great. Drinks were plentiful. Food was a B-. Shows were okay. A lot less busy than the Riu next door which was nice. The waterpark was good but no food and drinks were limited. March is hot…like 95-105 hot so be prepared. "

"It’s nothing like Costa Rica, and they destroyed ann estuary to build it, so it’s in a way the opposite of what Costa Rica means to many. That being said, it’s a beautifully maintained resort with friendly staff and plenty to do for a few nights stay. "

"Same breakfast everyday but huge selections (Tamara and Maris delicious ice coffees). Room very clean and staff sooo helpful and made our stay great. Gabriela concierge went beyond our expectations and made my wife’s Birthday a success.Swim up bar employees are top notch. Texmex restaurant delicious (Luis Carlos and Randal) went above and beyond. Small resort compare to others but made it for a more welcoming vibes. You cannot walk anywhere since its a bit remote on a mountain. We did an excortion using hotel booking team. All day round trip and guide included. Ohh, forgot the Asian food restaurant is a big 10!!!"

"The pictures looked nothing like the resort. The resort was run down, every lounger was broken, hammocks had holes etc. The room was not the cleanest- mirrors had a thick film, perimeter + corners all had debris. The food in the pictures did not exist and in fact the food was awful! It was the same everyday, beans rice + meat. The view however was amazing, the staff was great and the drinks were nice and stiff. "
