"Staff was great, room was very clean and spacious. Hot tub could’ve been warmer, but it was clean. They had a good mix of traditional Costa Rican and American breakfast. I would highly recommend this stay, you get a GREAT bang for your buck! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Los Lagos! The staff were friendly, and then complimentary breakfast was great. The hot springs are very well maintained, as is the rest of the property. Make sure to check out the trails and the viewpoint! Our only comment is that the walls are quite thin so you can easily hear what is going on in the units next to you. Depending on who your neighbours are, this could be a bit annoying. Not much they can do about this though and we would still highly recommend!"

"This property is stunningly beautiful and well landscaped. The room was clean and comfortable. I absolutely LOVED having a semi private back yard area directly off my patio. Every morning I saw wildlife walking through and down to the pond. It had trails to walk around and every corner of the property was filled with beautiful and well manicured tropical plants. There is plenty of space and multiple pools, gardens, or areas to hang out so it was very easy to find more quiet and private areas. It never felt crowded or too busy. The hot springs were amazing and that was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of tours. The staff were friendly and helpful and I loved how safe and inviting everything felt. The restaurant was really good and I loved the breakfast buffet every morning. I am already looking forward to going back and would absolutely recommend this resort. It's not only conveniently located, it feels safe, clean, and relaxing."
