"Pros: Good AC, hot water, clean, the grounds are beautiful, hot tubs are awesome, hiking trail in property, good breakfast, kind staff. Cons: We paid for a "mountain view" room but did not have a view of anything. Wifi is basically nonexistent and there is barely any cell reception. No interet is a big problem and should be corrected."

"The pools were fantastic, especially the pool side seats. The hot and cool pools were great as well as the walk up bar. Breakfast was great, fresh and tasty! The staff were so friendly and helpful. One young lady who was cleaning rooms stopped to help me with my bags. All was great and I will definitely return to enjoy Paradise Hot Springs!"

"For the price, it’s hard to beat. It’s conveniently located near all the major attractions, the grounds are beautiful, and while the rooms are a bit dated, they’re perfectly serviceable; as long as you’re not expecting a five-star experience. One odd drawback: there’s almost no closet space. We ended up living out of our suitcases the entire stay."
