"The hotel is simple yet elegant, and the decor reminds me of a castle in Disneyland, in a good way. The outdoor courtyard is a very nice place for food and drinks or just to sit and relax. They have a shuttle to take you to and from the airport, and we were able to use it to take us to dinner. Staff is very friendly and the room was very comfortable. They also have bikes for rent, so we were able to ride bikes to the Newport Bay Ecological Reserve."

"Horrible the rooms were disgusting dirty everything that was shown on the picture was a lie the rooms look nothing like what they say. You have free parking supposedly and you still gotta pay 35 or valet for 42 might as well do valet also the food is very expensive and trash has no flavor whatsoever no season You get a mini fridge in that mini fridge. There’s no point of controlling the temperature. Everything freezes no matter how cold you have it or warm if you have kids I recommend not staying here with your kids."
