Very pleasant experience, super friendly staff, clean room and they also made our bed and put my kids stuffed animal on the pillow, very nice and extra touch.along with great prices and close proximity to Newport pier. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here for our bi-annual Newport trip

Great property with FREE PARKING. Every other major chain in that area charges for parking. Otherwise it is a standard Hampton Inn. Looks recently remodeled.

Excellent hotel option in the area for families. Buffet style breakfast ending at 9:30 complete with everything you could imagine, even waffle makers and batter for you to use. Pay attention to where it is located on the map, being near the end of the highway. Great staff and checkout at noon.

The property was fine and clean nicely located with proximity to the beach. The staff was friendly. Breakfast options were good. Downside the room we booked stated they had a microwave in the room and there was none, there's also no safe which are normally standard in Hampton we've stayed at.

Stayed here because it was near my son’s apartment. It was perfect for that. No view or anything like that but a good hotel. I would stay there again.
