"Had a wonderful stay at Ayres Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing."

"We absolutely loved our stay! As a family of five adults, this felt much more like a home away from home than a typical hotel room. We had plenty of space in the loft suite with two full bathrooms, and I only wish I had realized when booking that it included two queen beds, a loft area, and a pull-out sofa—it was perfect for our family. Having a full kitchen and living room made a huge difference. We ate breakfast and some meals in the suite, which helped us save money and spend more time enjoying our vacation. I’ve come to the area every year, and this was by far my favorite accommodation. It felt like a true family suite rather than a hotel room. The breakfast was lovely, and the free Wi-Fi and complimentary parking were fantastic bonuses. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect 10/10 is that I wish we had known the pool was under construction before our stay. Otherwise, it would have been a flawless experience. The value for our family was outstanding, and the hotel truly knocked it out of the park. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"This was not a good experience. The customer service was very poor, and even after the manager was made aware of the issues, nothing was done to address them. I would not recommend this hotel. Considering the price, the condition of the furniture was disappointing, as many items appeared worn and damaged. Overall, the service and accommodations did not meet expectations."

"Wonderful hotel that was great for our family trip to Disneyland. The hotel is within walking distance to Disney and many local stores and restaurants. The pool, hot tub and daily breakfast were nice onsite amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again on a future trip to Anaheim."

2/10 Terrible

"The bathroom faucet was broken and so hard to turn off and on and the drain plug also broke. The toilet made a Loud screeching sound when you tried to flush it and you need to do it twice in order for it to work. Lulu charged almost $40 a night parking after the taxes and that was totally ridiculous. Hotel would not even waive the parking after such a horrible stay. No compensation was offered. With so many hotels to choose from around Disneyland, this Hotel Lulu is an option we would never do again!"
