"Overall our stay was good. We were happy with the studio room and we came to value having a downstairs and upstairs bathroom. The location of the hotel was great for us as it was much quieter than the centre and very accessible to public transport services - tram, metro and trains. Overall breakfast was good but the coffee produced by the coffee machines was undrinkable!! We were very disappointed that the hotel did not provide barista made espresso coffee for breakfast - we would happily have paid for it but for there to be no such option lets this hotel down."

"The room was spotless bed was very comfy but the bathroom with shower was tiny but nice. Staff was fantastic and very helpful with everything I needed. They even had a taxi company to recommend to call when needed and Breakfast had everything you could want and very good. AC was good. I would stay here again !!!"

"The staff was great and very accommodating and let us check-in early—overall we enjoyed our stay. The place felt alright although there were some hairs on the bed upon arrival. The fridge seemed pretty gross too. Laundry was really expensive and didn’t let us do it ourselves. Free sparkling water in the lobby was a plus. "

The sitting areas were warm and inviting. The snacks and drinks were available 24/7 just as prompted. Lovely simple nutritional breakfast options. Our room was vey spacious. We booked the corner king, room 201. Nice bathroom toiletries, pristine bedding and a state of the art flat screen. This is a must stay location of you are touring the museums and want to be out of the tourist area, yet close to everything,"
