"The Spa can only be used for guests between 8-10am and 7-9pm, if you want to use the spa outside of these times you need to pay for spa entry which was £70pp! Also, the parking is not onsite, even though it is advertised as this. It is a 5 minute walk away a few roads away from the hotel, which you have to park and walk yourself, even though you're charged £40 per night."

As were the people that cleaned up everyones breakfast dishes. The breakfast itself was really great with a selection of eggs, meat, mushrooms (that I loved) waffles, yougurt fruit and breads. I looked forward to it each morning. No idea about the parking since I took a train to Bath. It's also incredibly well situated to the city center."
