"We lived our stay at ocean maya royal! The resort was the perfect size , they had so many activities and the food was great. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Especially Viri who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great!"

"I recently stayed at Xcaret Resort and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations. The room was dirty upon arrival, which immediately made the stay uncomfortable. The beach, which is usually the highlight of a resort, was also not well maintained. It was noticeably dirty and not inviting at all. On top of that, the beach chairs were old, worn out, and some were even broken, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the area. Overall, the resort seems poorly maintained, and it did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made."
