"The front desk staffer was so so nice, she was so kind and sweet, she fully engaged herself in our checking until we were settled in our room, she made our stay relaxing from the time of our arrival."

When I called for them to come and replace the sheets, all they did was just make the bed again instead of them replacing the sheets with clean ones. The TV was also not working and took them a while to come fix it. Also, whoever took my call before to ask about early check in was rude."

"Breakfast was NOT included. This hotel is advertised as including breakfast. All they offered when we checked in was a $24 credit per adult per stay for breakfast at their restaurant. That’s $48 for a family of four for the entire week. Our one and only breakfast there cost us $80 plus tip for very basic menu items. The hotel was nice and clean otherwise. Also, basic conveniences like water and free coffee in the lobby were completely absent. The only place to get water was at the gym."

"They are forgetting that the devil is in the details: the handle came off the water spigot in the bedroom; the exhaust above the shower was crusted with dirt."

"Room was way smaller then expected, furniture is worn out and outdated, breakfast was simple, and you didn’t really have much options staff was nice and friendly. Parking was additional $$ ! You gotta pay for parking at property!"
