"The BnB is good, just be aware Memphis is in decay/decline. Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. TV was bragging there were ONLY 3700 cars stolen Jan-May 2024,compared to 5200 same time last year. Piles of debris,junk,old furniture along the streets all over the city add to the impression of abandonment."

"The condo was very clean and communitcation with the owner was 5 stars. check in was somewhat stressful as was the booking process. as a owner of a vacation rental I understand that owners want to be sure there renting to reputable people but its a lot of off platform paperwork to rent a condo and a lot of instructions to follow to get into the building the first time. "This is an older place in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of shops and restaurants and a nice park all within walking distance. The only issue we had was that the mirror in the bathroom is mounted too high for a short person to use. Otherwise, everything we needed was there. One thing that was not a problem for us but perhaps might be for some other guest is the lack of blinds in the second bedroom. "This was a great location walkable to everything. I loved looking at the Memphis bridge in the evening light show. But!!!! Blinds were broken alot of sunshine came in early morning. No Towels!!! Shower did not work!!! We had to take bird baths with the little tinkle of water that came through. We ended up getting the towels. Check in and finding the location was confusing. But the shower part was the only disappointment"

"It has potential to be better. Nice room, comfortable bed. Bathroom floor was dirty. No staff onsite, but, were available through a chat. Nicely decorated/industrial loft vibe. Thin walls, we could hear everyone around and above us- we were also next to the elevator and a very loud group right above our unit had a late check in on our last night with multiple trips on the elevator (no less than 8). We had to wonder about fire safety- our unit had a sealed inaccessible window and no fire escape...
