After paying nearly $400 for our room, we had to wait an hour to even check in at the proper check in time then pay an additional $100 holding fee where we also got charged for parking in a public parking lot at bass pro. We also attempted to order room service and after over an hour of not receiving room service and calling to check on it, they called our room to ask if we still wanted it instead of just bringing it. Needless to say at that point we were over it and canceled it then still got charged for it anyways. Restaurant seemed unorganized as well. We will not be staying here again or at any sister lodge for that matter. Such a beautiful hotel and room that totally went to waste.
