Nice, convenient stay! We were very pleased with the location and cute, safe neighborhood. The host was super pleasant and communicative. Was a great spot to stay with dogs - fully fenced back yard. All the listed amenities were included- plus snacks! Would stay again!

The place was perfect for us. We loved the snacks that were left for us to enjoy. It was spacious and so cute. The neighborhood was clean and safe. If we had more time, we would have loved to walk around the area.

We stayed one night in Memphis and wished we would’ve been able to spend a few more nights. It was clean, cute and spacious. We will stay here again if we are in the Memphis area again.

Great spot for a Memphis getaway.

Stayed for 6 nights in this quiet, comfortable and well equipped studio. Easy access to all the major Memphis attractions with freeway access to points further away. Also a variety of good places to eat close by. Great value.

Such a cute guest house that sits behind a big historic home in a very beautiful historic neighborhood. If I were to live in Memphis, this would be the neighborhood I would pic. Felt very safe and the owner on property is very nice and helpful. We were only there 1 day as we traveled through for an overnight roadtrip. It’s hard to find places that don’t require 3 day minimum. (At least places that you’d want to stay!) super cute setup they have there.

Neat little spot

Very cute and tidy backhouse in a great area. Can walk to zoo and Brooks museum from here in no time. The door is a little fickle and hard to open at times because of its locking mechanism but it didn’t detract from my overall visit.

Very conveniently located - easy driving distance to multiple fun restaurants, shops, and venues. Short and safe walk to the park. The host is extremely responsive and super friendly. Hope to visit Memphis soon and stay here again!

Perfect place for Rhodes parents!

The location of this property is a pleasant walk to Rhodes as well as the park and zoo. It was clean and well appointed. Katy and her daughter are lovely. Highly recommended.

Great Place for Midtown

We are return visitors to the property. Communication with the host was super easy. It’s a nice, clean space that I found homey. This place is a great option for people who need to be near Midtown and Rhodes College.
