The engineering of water flow in the parking lot couldn't be worse, especially the handicap spot in front of the office. 6" of water in a puddle over the width of a vehicle. Black mold on the tiles in the handicap rooms. Handicap room, bathroom door will not open all the way because it hits the bed. ADA regulations are abused. The bathroom floor is slicker than ice when wet."
