The communication is shocking with instructions being different to what is actually required. Instructions need to be updated. "

"Highly recommend Melbourne Lifestyle Apartments. We stayed in the Sub-Penthouse Collection Bay views room. Communication was excellent from the initial phone call with Luli, who was very friendly and informative, to the check-in, where we were taken to our apartment and shown around and explained how everything worked and where to shop, which trams to get to the City and back etc. The communication whilst we were there was excellent as well. "Our apartment was too small for 2 Adults BUT we were extremely happy with the location as we had Medical appointments and could walk there easily. Walking to the restaurants was also a great bonus. Thankyou"
