But, the cleanliness - and the room/maid service is excellent - an asset to the hotel. And staff lovely and friendly. Location is just what I needed with a tube station close by (High street Kensington). "

"We received a very warm and helpful welcome. Very simple check in & all questions answered, which included a query re transport and the receptionist went above and beyond on this. The room was in good order and had everything we needed. Breakfast was absolutely superb and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. They were on hand if required, but did not overly pester us. Dirty bowls, plates & utensils were taken away at convenient times. Particularly good management in this area."

"There was a passenger drop off fee that was not mentioned prior to booking… Which felt a little excessive. The walk to the airport was easy, the shop in the hotel was closed, when it said, it should’ve been open. The bed was nice, but the shower didn’t have great pressure."
