"I never thought I would leave such a review for the Luxor but it was less than a good stay. We stayed in the Red section, room 1079 and it was awful. Only one outlet worked to charge our phones, the tv was fuzzy so watching was impossible, sheets were clean with holes, no hot water in the sink until the day we left, no refrigerator when the furniture showed there should have been one, our view was the pool but out the window we saw only the pipes which was horrible, we got there and the riim walls and floor appeared dirty, floor and counter was sticky so the sheets were changed but the hard surfaces weren’t cleaned! Check in changed where we had to figure out how to check in on our own with very few staff. Since March was unusually hot with temps in the 100s, to rent a Cabana or umbrella was over 200 dollars other than that you had to burn. I love Vegas and I selected the Luxor because the views were high but I will never do that again. We could have saved money and stayed at a Motel 6 and saved money and the room would have had a refrigerator 😢 PS: I had a video but can’t upload it."
