"I love this place! The location, the pizza place right across the street is so friendly and so good! The room was very clean and looked and felt fresh. It was awesome to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. It is NY, so it is tiny, but comfortable. The staff was awesome and I mean awesome, whether on text, face to face, or requesting extra towels. The breakfast is decent, the lady that sings during the breakfast was so sweet and totally makes your morning! 2 things to know: 1. If you find yourself waiting for the elevator for longer than usual, it will take awhile to get down and if you're a bit claustrophobic like me with a lot of people in an elevator to the point where it asks someone to get out because it's overloaded (lol), get ready to sweat and or exit (I was very close to exiting when it kept stopping at almost every floor). This was at 5pm on a Wednesday. 2. Is not related to the hotel because the rooftop bar and grill is not associated with the hotel, so you have to take a separate elevator from the lobby and they do not have to-go containers if you're looking to take food to your room. I thought that was so inconvenient and honestly was like what? How do you serve food and not have containers, so I guess they're okay with losing business. "
