"WE ARRIVED TO A DIFFERENT ROOM THEN WHAT WAS BOOKED, STAFF MENTIONED MULTIPLE TIMES THAT THIS WAS ALSO AN ADULT ONLY HOTEL MEANWHILE IT DOESNT STATE THAT ONLINE AND "DID US A FAVOR BY MOVING US TO A BROKEN OUTDATED ROOM WHICH WAS BIGGER" HOTEL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT WASNT THE KINDEST. NO KINGS ROOMS ..."
