"Positives: The house was extremely clean, the communication with the host was great, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly want, the third level is bright and spacious, and it was conveniently located for our needs. Negatives: The main level and lower level have very few windows so it is really dark. And many of the light bulbs in the fixtures were burned out so that didn't help. We could only get the WIFI to work if we were sitting right next to the router which is on the third floor. The lower level was considerably warmer than the other levels (by at least 10 degrees) and it didn't have it's own thermostat for control, so it made it hard to sleep down there. And we found it inconvenient to haul away your own trash from the property as well as clean, dry, and put away all of the dishes prior to leaving. Typically, you just start the dishwasher and leave but waiting on that to finish so you could then put everything away was time consuming. I would gladly pay an additional fee for those amenities.But, all in all it's a great value for a very large property."

"We loved the tranquil location and the cozy, homey feel of the cabin. The host made sure that check in went smoothly and texted to make sure we got in safely even though our arrival was later than planned. The view from the front porch is beautiful; you are definitely in the treetops. The negatives for me were the too soft mattress in the master that rolls you to the middle and the sofa and chair in the living room lays you back rather than sitting you up. My granddaughters, however, loved the sofa and chair."
