"Best Vrbo ever!It was all that a Vrbo should be: clean, comfortable, well equipped. Beyond that, it was beautiful. The inside is warm and cheerful. The views are unforgettable. We could and did spend hours watching the clouds and sun move over the mountains. The decor was perfect, not fussy but interesting. Unlike some places, there was plenty of room for our clothes and food.Access isn’t easy. Our AWD Forester had no real problems but we didn’t drive over 10 mph and it took about 15 minutes to get to and from the main road. After finding it the first time (several wrong turns), a Google Maps pin was invaluable. We originally scheduled 3 nights, but loved it so much we extended to a week and would have stayed longer if time had allowed."

"We had the best time. The view was gorgeous. The cabin couldn't have been more perfect. The location was perfect- secluded, by itself. The area has so many activities within a short drive. No complaints whatsoever! We can't wait to return!"

"This cabin was perfect! It had everything you need and lots of small extra “personal” touches (kleenex, binoculars, etc). The cabin was very clean, the appliances looked brand new, the bathrooms were spotless…The view was great and the deck was nice (totally enclosed which is nice if you have small kiddos). We didn’t have time to use the firepit or grill but would love to next time! The driveway was a bit challenging but not too bad. Such a cozy cabin…we would choose this cabin every time!!"

"Easily accessible cabin with a super homey vibe. This A-Frame cabin is nestled alongside several other cute A-Frame cabins, like a little village. It is easily accessible and surrounded by some of the Blue Ridge mountains. It is quiet, cozy, and serene. I loved waking up in the mornings to be greeted by the sounds of nature, beautiful views, and the local birds. Inside the cabin is a well appointed little home. There is a living room, kitchen, and dining room with everything you need to relax and/or celebrate. There are plenty of kitchen items that can be used during your stay. We made some really delicious eggs with steak and tomatoes for a hearty breakfast before exploring the area!The bedrooms were also cozy. Super comfortable bedding and plenty of space for the family.Make note, I have stayed in the area several times. This little chalet has everything you need and more. Comparable to hotel pricing but SO MUCH BETTER value! Only small complaint is that the shower is small and awkward, but honestly just gives it more character. I showered anyway and it was fine! All in all, I would absolutely recommended this location for solo or family travel. We stayed as a family of 4 were all satisfied! I wish I was still there now, porch sitting with fresh brewed coffee and watching the clouds dance over the mountains. Bonus, the neighboring cabin dwellers are very kind and there is an adorable sitting area in front of the cabin. Fenced in front porch is a super bonus also!"
