  • Why stay in a busy hotel when you can enjoy peace and privacy in beautiful Maggie Valley? Spend some time relaxing on the back deck and you may start to wonder if you're really in a treehouse. Enjoy peek-a-boo views of the mountains in summer and even more views in the winter. The terraced yard is perfect for picnics or yoga and the small wet weather stream is delightful. We feel like the cabin offers a lot of privacy but there are a few houses in the general vicinity so while it’s private it’s not totally secluded.

Feel free to use area around the under decking of the cabin. Pull out the furniture onto the "sundeck" and enjoy the stream and picnic table area:)

For your safety, please don't venture onto the lower levels of the yard. The terrain is uneven and steep.

Very charming, homey cabin tucked away up on the mountain. Everything you might need is there. It has a comfortable, cozy living room and a nice porch that is perfect for relaxing. Would definitely love to visit again.

Great location, close to the ski area we go to each year. Quaint cabin, very cozy, perfect view. Has a nice wood burning stove, very clean kitchen and bathrooms. I would recommend any time of year for a nice getaway.

Great little cabin! The views were great, ample seating on porch. Inside it's a perfect cabin with all that you would need. The drive way is a trick for parking BUT if I could do it anyone can lol. Requires a 4 wheel drive in winter! Not on a maintained road. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. The host was very communicative and friendly. It was my first stay in a VRBO. It doesn't stock toiletries or hairdryers, so remember all personal items. Walmart was 27 min away. There were several delicious mom and pop restaurants nearby, but most closed early. It was located less than 10 min from the ski area and the group enjoyed learning to snowboard.

Perfect cabin getaway

It was so peaceful at the cabin! I sat outside on the back porch most of our stay. The only things I heard were birds, rain, and a dog bark once or twice. It was really just what I needed! Cabin was perfect-had everything we needed!

Awesome location if you plan on skiing in winter

Very clean, cozy location minutes from skiing, far enough from civilization yet close enough to the locations you need. Property is a bit tucked away, but the owner gave great instructions how to get there. Nice working wood burning heater for ambiance and wonderful views from the balcony of mountain sunsets. I would recommend to anyone just wanting some time away.

Cabin was very pleasant, comfortable and quiet! The owners have a real sense for what people will need when they stay there and it shows in the way the cabin is maintained and set up. Clean and Cozy!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and cozy, spacious, and fully stocked with anything you would need. The host sent driving directions beforehand since the road to get there is a bit windy and the GPS can be misleading. Plenty of space and we loved the skylight! The host was really easy to get in touch with and happy to answer any questions we had. Maggie Valley has a good bit to do and Waynesville and Cataloochee are close enough if you need to go further than that. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re trying to find a quiet spot near the Smokies!

took our grand kids to the mountains and feel lucky to have found treetop property is beautiful and has everything we needed if I had 1 thing to complain about is the lack of a turn around in the parking area I went past a little and backed my truck into the parking my fave spot was coffee in the am on the back overlooking the forest with the mountains in the background

Except for the weather...

We had an awesome time a couple of deer running through the backyard when we first got there was a pleasant surprise the road up with a little bit tricky but added excitement to our trip loved the Simplicity of the cabin and the homie feeling wouldn't change a thing. (I might would add a few coat hooks here and there. That was only thing we noticed) And if anyone wonders, we had no trouble with internet or our phone service while there. Great place to relax. Thanks for sharing you prooerties with us.
