"Wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary. Beautiful building, immaculately maintained and decorated. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and superb breakfasts - awards for which are well deserved. If you’re fit it’s a 10 - 12 minute walk down into the town 20 minutes back (it’s a bit of a pull up the hill). Very highly recommended "

Sharon provided us with excellent information about restaurants and places to go. The breakfast each morning was delicious and can be made vegan, vegetarian, or GF as needed. We highly recommended Burnside."

Within walking distance of central Keswick, host met us on arrival and was helpful with information, showing us round the house and advising on places to eat. House is beautifully maintained and well stocked with kitchen equipment. "
