All the staff were extremely helpful, the hotel was beautifully decorated and furnished and the rooms were lovely. Only a five minute walk into town and some lovely restaurants and bars. Throughly recommend whether you want to relax in Keswick or walk the surrounding hills. The boat trip was lovely and very reasonable, gave access to some pretty spots including the walk Cat Bells.

Lovely hotel with ample parking. Easy walk into town for food or a visit to The Theatre on the lake. Excellent breakfast and bar facilities. The only suggestion I would make is bottled water in the room would be a nice touch.

The hotel is well located for access to the town, shops and bars. There are also a lovely walk behind the hotel on the old railway line to Threlkeld as well as down round the lake.
