"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Good communication before checkin. They let us check in a little early, gave directions and advice, and packed us breakfast when we had to checkout early. Great location, right on the canal, walkable to everything while not in an area overcrowded with tourists. Our room was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the canal view. The hotel has a cute little courtyard and a restaurant, with breakfast provided. Only downsides were some small flies in the bathroom and spotty wifi in the room (worked great in the hotel common areas). Overall, an excellent place to stay and I would return!"
