"Very nice hotel in a very easy to get around area of Venice. Area is very walkable and only a short walk to St. Mark's. The people at the hotel were always helpful and kind and the breakfasts were excellent. We would stay there again for sure."

When we arrived at the new location the sheets had TONS of stains all over them that were disgusting. "Not as bright and cheery as the pictures make it out to be. Could use some new furniture, some basic TLC, and a bit more attention the detail. It was generally clean and comfortable however. A good budget option. The air conditioning worked well. The area around the apartment is great, but it does take a good 20 minutes to walk to the more visited areas of the city. "
