"We had a one bedroom apt here. Enjoyed the kitchen. Steps away from the train station, still very walkable to the Duomo and Uffizi. Host is really nice to wait outside the building to check us in. Only minor issue is sometimes in the night there might be very exciting people singing or chanting. But this may be a common issue for the whole city."

"I was in Florence with my adult daughter. The location of the apartment is perfect. Literally minutes away from all the attractions and sites. Plenty of places to dine in the evening. The internet worked very well. The bathrooms are tight but functional. The kitchen is very spacious and well appointed with everything you need to have a dinner at home. A couple minor things. Buy paper towels/napkins to have on hand because there were none there. The interior bedroom has a beautiful stained glass...

"The unit was perfect for us. It was near the train and bus stations which made very convenient. It was clean and everything needed for a short stay or 5 days for us. "We loved our stay here! Paolo was so welcoming and easily able to accommodate our request of an infant cot / pack and play. The apartment had a beautiful, bright kitchen and was well located to be within walking distance to all of the Florence sights. There were stairs to get up to the apartment and in the apartment themselves which may be an issue for those with mobility issues, but they weren't an issue at all for us with a baby and a stroller. Would recommend!"

Yes four flights of stairs, but you are in Europe so to be expected. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Beautiful and very clean. It was an awesome base to visit Firenze. "

"However, was snookered either at the hotel or by a taxi driver. As I was almost out of Euros I paid by credit card at the hotel for a 4am ride to the airport. The taxi driver wouldn't accept that so I gave him my last cash. Not sure how else I could have resolved that."
