"super clean and nice staff"

"First, the positives...1. The housekeeping staff are very nice, courteous and helpful. 2. The location is convenient as it is close enough to the 5"s withoit being in the city with all the traffic. It is also close to restaurants and gas stations. The negatives, 1. The hotel touts itself as pet friendly. Not quite. On top of your Expedia hotel charge you will be billed $25 a night for a pet fee upon check in. Also, if you have any pet, even a small 3 pound cat like us, you will not be able to get a room on the top floor. So if you are a light sleeper who does not like to hear people walking around above you after going to bed, you are out of luck. 3. Our tv stopped working on day 2 of our stay. We called it in and the worker downstairs said she will put in a repair ticket for the next morning. No one showed up by day 4 when we left. 4. They put us up in a room overlooking the pool. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU. On 2 nights of our say, unsupervised kids were screaming and playing around in the pool until past 10 pm."

"The food was delicious, and the staff was both quick and attentive. The rooms were very comfortable, with a cozy table and a quiet atmosphere. I definitely plan to return. "

"If you just need a super cheap place to stay near 6 flags, but no other reason to stay. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool were out of service. I know that can’t be helped sometimes, but it was the main reason we booked this place. Maybe they could put an update while booking so people know. The hotel is super run down. It seemed fairly clean, as in sanitized, but hard to tell because of how old everything was. There was a strange red wax on the bathroom wall that could have been cleaned but was maybe just wiped over. This room was cheap and it shows why. No bed bugs, was the first thing I checked."
