"Great location and comfortable beds"

"In a quiet yet great location off the Rialto water bus stop this is a beautiful hotel. The staff are friendly and the room we had was more than perfect."

"Spacious for groups, good location for a quick stop by and very close to the airport "

"We use this location for a trip to Venice and Treviso. Great location and excellent host. Stay was very comfortable."

"The accommodation was amazing! Very clean, good amenities, and a very convenient location! We would definitely stay here again ☺️"

"Great place .!!"

"Charming hotel just minutes from the airport, but world away in tranquility. We loved it and will be back."

"The fantastic location and staff very helpful"

"This is a very sweet hotel, great art deco style throughout! Lovely breakfast, great coffee and around the corner from the vaparetto - which is so convenient! Many nearby museums and restaurants. Enjoy!"

"The hotel was nothing like the pictures. We had no comforter or blankets on our beds. When we found them in the closet they were filthy and when we approached the staff they said they had no clean ones so we froze! We were given one towel and no face cloth or hand towel and when we asked for them they said they had none and refused to even exchange our wet towels for 2 days!! The walls are filthy, the showers are missing tiles. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. This place does not...

"Room was very clean and hotel had good amenities, had everything we needed and more "

"We loved the house, it was so clean and nice inside. It had a lot of space. There was breakfast food in the fridge which was great, and we loved having access to the washer. The only downside was it was a little far from the center of Venice. The buses do pretty good going there, but it was a little more difficult during the holiday."

"The hotel was very convenient to the airport."
