"Checked in after a flight from Cairns where we had a fantastic Marina view room with the sunrise through our balcony to the bed every morning. Of course we knew the high-rise Hyatt Regency was not going to beat that, but a city skyline or river view from a high 15th floor room would be good. We had a 5th floor view of a rear lane. Close the drapes and enjoy the super comfy bed and clever room layout. Plenty of breakfast places within 5 mins walk. Right on the CBD doorstep."

"We stayed here for the last 2 nights of our holiday before we flew back to the UK from Brisbane. The hotel is great, modern, clean and the staff are very friendly. We found the location to be perfect, the walk into the City centre and to the river taking around 10-15 minutes. We took an Uber XL (for 5) to the airport at a cost of $60 (including tolls) and only took around 20 minutes."

"Outside the room on my floor, there were always smelly garbage from neighbours. I had to remind reception staff to send cleaners to collect and clear the way. "
