"Great room. Comfortable bed! Easy climate control. Breakfast was delicious. Drinks are excellent. The staff are wonderful. They truly make you feel valued. And the location is great- just around the corner from Waterloo station."
"The staff at reception were very warm, as were the concierge team. The twin room (two twins) was not too small, maybe 12 x 12 ft. The bathroom was modern but the shower did leak onto the floor. There was also an accent light over the coffee maker that we could never figure out how to turn off. The location was great for access across to Westminster and key attractions, and of course Waterloo station itself is well connected to tube and national rail. We would stay again for sure and it represented a great value in London."
"I did not use the laundry service or air conditioning. Room itself was very clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I especially liked the lounge that was available 24/7 for free coffee and tea. "
