"Staff was friendly but our room was not clean (garbage on floor, soap stuck in shower, floors were not mopped in the bathroom, bathroom door didn't even shut, previous guests large clumps of hair in the shower)"

"We had a lovely 3-night stay. The room was clean; the carpet seemed new; the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The air conditioning worked very well. The cleaning staff was diligent in their duties and they were pleasant and courteous - they even offered to bring my suitcase down from my room on the 2nd floor to my car. The staff at the front desk were courteous, efficient and helpful. The free continental breakfast was satisfying and greatly appreciated. We found the hotel (motel, no elevator) to be very convenient with it taking no more than 30-minutes by car to get to anywhere we wanted to visit. Great value for the money - we would be happy to return the next time we're in Vancouver. "

"There was ample parking, kitchen was basic but when on holiday, who needs a full kitchen? There was no oven but there was a full size fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove top that you plugged in, a coffee maker & a washer/dryer.Everything was very clean & organized.I will return."

"The unit was as advertised and quite comfortable. We had a minor issue with the fireplace and it was late at night, so it was a little difficult to get a response, which is completely understandable. In the morning we found the information we needed clearly noted in a frame on the kitchen counter. Whoops. No microwave and parking is across the street. Wasn't a problem for us, but if you have a lot to bring in, it could be an issue. There were a lot of other nice touches throughout to make the space feel welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend."
