"Such a great property! Offers lots of activities yet there are always places to have quite time if you want. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Restaurant staff were especially nice in the restaurants and buffet. Breakfast was wonderful. Over all this was a great place to stay. You must meet Abu!"

"Resort is beautiful & very clean! The rooms are large and the bed was comfortable. We opted for the “Elite Club” access, but not sure it was totally worth the extra cost or even necessary. I will say that if you are looking for a “quiet/laid back” pool atmosphere the EC pool & pool bar is exactly that & might be worth the extra money. We never had any issues getting into any of the the restaurants, which seemed to be the case whether you were an Elite Club member or not. We felt our best meal was the one night we took advantage of the private EC restaurant, but all of the food options were very good. Biggest issue for us was the limited hours for the restaurants, with the exception of the buffet. Keep in mind that the very large buffet or the pool grill (hot dogs, hamburgers, grilled chicken) are the only lunch options offered."

"I paid for an all-inclusive trip meeting. I don’t have to pay for anything, but what I paid for to get there I was unable to eat at any restaurant on the property due to lack of information provided by the staff of when to eat or where to eat or what to where to eat. I was giving information on one thing follow those instructions got to a restaurant only to be turned away due to lack of room, or I was underdressed when in fact, there were people eating that we were wearing the same thing I was I was given a reservation for a restaurant the hibachi place I showed up for my reservation and they did not have me on the list so I could not eat there I did not eat from any restaurant except for breakfast at the resort my whole visit I would not recommend going to this resort to anyone of my friend. I will never be back again, and I was was not compensated in any way for the fact that the first day I got there was supposed to be at 1 PM. I didn’t get there till 5 PM because of 2 1/2 hour ride from the airport to the resort when it was supposed to be 21 minutes and then I finally got the resort. Nobody informed me of anything about the hotel got to my room by myself without instructions on how to use the electrical panel that supposedly operated everything in the room so I didn’t know how to put up the shades or open the windows or anything. The outside awning was broken. The inside awning was broken so my secondary resort there was maintenance people in and out of my room all day "
