"The bedroom was clean. Our toilet/ shower had separate rooms. The toilet room would be very warm when you’re trying to use the bathroom. The shower leaked out into the room every time you used it, you would have to get a towel and wipe up the water. Our phone and safe were broken. The door conjoining our room with our friends room was broken and unusable. Maintenance fixed the phone and safe on the first night. The door was unable to be fixed. The workers were all great and friendly. There were only 3 specialty restaurants to eat at not including the buffet. The sushi restaurant was the best out of the 3 dinner restaurants. Italian was good and the steakhouse was just okay. We ate at the sushi restaurant 3/5 nights. The buffet was good and had a wide variety of foods. The mixed drinks were good and sometimes the beer would be warm when they served it. The Riu parties were fun and entertaining. Activities around the resort were also fun. The silent disco was my favorite. The beach was clean with hardly any seaweed."

"My entire family was extremely pleased with this resort and we can’t wait to come back. The property was beautiful the beach was amazing and second only to the service that was provided. The gym was clean and all the machines worked, the pool was clean and the buffet was tasty every time we visited. This was a great family resort and we made so many special memories. I highly recommend . "

"It was ok, but it’s an old property, pictures make the place look allot better than it actually is , ie there is no beach, you can swim out though , as the water is shallow, I’ve been to many all inclusive resorts, it close to the hotel strip if you want that I chose a Dreams property expecting a WAY nicer hotel … I personally was disappointed, I was expecting a 4 to 4.5 star type of resort, I’d say this is more of a 3 star , or 3.5 star As a note , my wife and I were going to change hotels , as we wanted something a bit more higher end, the manager was super nice, he tried his best, to accommodate us . But in all reality it’s just basically a weaker property for a “dreams property “” it’s still ok but not a 4 star or a 4.5 star as what I was hoping for …. When we booked it looked at reviews etc we were expecting something nicer"

"Lo localización es extremadamente buena. Nos toco que la alberca estaba cerrada porque estaban actualizando las palapas que están alrededor. Muy inconveniente hacer este tipo de trabajos en plena temporada alta. Cuando llegamos solo nos pudieron dar 1 de 4 toallas de playa que necesitábamos. La suite nos la entregaron casi una hora después de la hora oficial de check in."
