Really enjoyed our stay at Channel Road Inn.
Maureen, Heather and Dominique were so helpful and welcoming.
The lovely old Californian architecture and the authentic period furniture in the common areas gave the place a warm and homely feel, and the ladies really encourage you to make the place your own.
Would recommend the Channel Road Inn.

We had an exceptional stay. The hotel is definately a statement and you feel like you are part of a by gone era staying there.
My only criticism would be the lack of response to emails and special requests. I phoned and sent emails with specific details and requests and none of these were answered. Not sure where the communication is breaking down.
Would have like a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Its a bit of an inconvenience to have to call room service for a...

If you want privacy, great rooms, fine dining and service that over-delivers, then Hotel Bel-Air is your place. This isn't the place if you want somewhere lively, but that's not why people come here. Very tranquil surrounds and atmosphere.

Entirely delightful experience. Lovely spacious rooms, brilliant hotel driver service, clean and possibly the most consistently nice staff of all hotels I have stayed at. I loved the rooftop pool and its ambience. Honestly - I loved everything and will definitely be recommending to fussy friends.

Friends recommended and this hotel did not disappoint. West Hollywood is beautiful. The surrounding neighbourhood is fabulous. Some beautiful homes. Very safe to walk at night. Heaps of restaurants to choose from. Great vintage shopping on Melrose. Would stay here again.
