"I have lost count of how many trips we have taken now to Mandolin. It's our kids favourite place to stay thanks to the amazing array of amenities.
The adults love it because you can park up and not have to drive the whole trip.
So much to do, killer views and the staff are always so friendly.
We will see you soon!!"

Some of the east coast's best beaches, beautiful hinterland and stylish restaurants make this upmarket, ocean-front town one of Australia's favourite destinations.
Couldn't have been happier. This was a last minute decision to stay the night and I was a little apprehensive because it was the only place of reasonable price left that had any vacancy. It was dated but extremely clean, plenty of room, close to the river. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a 1 night weekend away with 3 young children and it was enjoyable. The 2 bedroom room on the 3rd level was self contained with wifi and plenty of space for the children to play with their toys. Only 1 block away from the beach and walking distance to a variety of restaurants for dinner, as well as McDonalds (a necessity for breakfast when travelling with children :) ). The only small downsides would be that both bathrooms had showers, no bath which would have been nice to...

We recently made a last minute decision to getaway to the Sunshine Coast for a few nights and booked the hotel through a Wotif.com. On arrival, the staff were lovely. Our room was beautiful and clean (which is extremely important to me as I'm a Germ-o-phobe!). Beds were extremely comfy, with high quality bedding and pillows. All amenities were in good condition and clean. Lagoon pool is lovely (there's a couple of friendly resident scrub turkeys and ducks that wander the grounds) and kids liked...

The swimming pool is heated to make swimming very refreshing. The BBQ area around the pool is fantastic.
The secure car park allocated a double length car park so it was perfect for our car and JetSki.

Not a 5 star property but perfect for our needs. It had all the things we wanted, a small but very comfortable bed, a very hot, strong shower that stayed hot all the way through and a kitchen with everything you could need for easy meals. It was a very comfortable, clean bungalow with everything we needed for a perfect weeks holiday, with supermarkets, bakeries, and enough food options both take away and other options close by including the pub basically on the same property with a great choice...

A nice, modern hotel within a few minutes to the beach and Mooloolaba shopping/dining precinct. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment which was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. A user friendly Tv/entertainment setup was great. The room was also very quiet. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. The only thing that would be preferable would be a larger pool, but that encourages you to walk across the road and use the beach!

We loved the proximity to the Kawana Shopping Centre (4 mins walk), the food was excellent in the restaurant on the premises, and staff were very helpful and friendly, esp the waitress who served us - she used her initiative and brought an extra dessert spoon so my hubby n I could share one dessert :-). Something to be said for the more mature staff members here!!!
