I dont know what the birds eat, but they eat A LOT of it. Then theres steps….pack light, you’ll be hauling your luggage up a LOT of steps :-) - its a 13th century manor house, lifts werent a “thing” !"

"Luxurious room! We splurged for the nicer room and wow! Wonderful staff, good beer selection. We needed to leave early the next morning so the chef packed us a picnic breakfast with lots of fruit, a blt sandwich, crackers and jams and cookies. Ate it on a hill overlooking a field of sheep and the town below. So memorable!"

"Lovely stay. Beautifully appointed hotel with lots of tasteful communal areas and sitting rooms to relax and enjoy a Cotswolds gin and tonic. Knowledgeable bar and restaurant staff who were helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Great grounds for a stroll even in freezing February."
