Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Poor communication, very delayed in response.Pushed the cleaning requirements but didn’t provide any cleaning equipment like a vacuum cleaner. Not all beds were made and the ones that were looked like they had been used. Pool / spa could not be used as it was empty and dirty.
