Very nice overnight stay at The Queensport prior to our plane out. Very quiet .and clean. Good basic food, great service. Easy later check in. Only fault was the lack of internet connection for our room.

Hi Ron,We have checked the room you were staying in and there is no evidence of bed bugs.The internet is a work in progress and will have that up and running very soon.Your unit should have been tidied everyday and your linen should have been changed al least twice through your stay. We apologise for this and have spoken to our house keeping in regards to this matter.

Good for overnight
The room was spacious and clean. There was complementary coffee and tea available. The reason for less stars is the strange smell in the room. Also the price on their web site is too high for the quality, but check for discounts.

Hi Barbara,Yes Barbara we are situated in an industrial area, but only a short drive to a shopping centre, also close to train stations.

Staff was great clean about 25 minutes to the airport and cruise terminal. It's in a industrial area. The beer garden and the live music on the weekends are a pleasure. Its not a 5 star motel as far as the fancier hotels. Its a 5 star for the staff and the unique atmosphere.

Close to the Royal Brisbane Golf Club for the recent PGA. Lovely meals and friendly staff. Little noisy outside rooms after the hotel closed.

Couldn’t sleep a wink. Inside aircon was rattling like it was about to die and outside the guests from the pub partied on loudly right outside my room until after midnight. Will never book here again

What an amazing place. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the own Mick, a very friendly, welcoming gentleman. The accommodations was everything we required, clean and perfect for an overnight stay. The entertainment with live band you can sing along and have a dance. The food WOW so fresh and so good. The most friendly staff, that attended to all your needs. Highly recommend and will go back

The best thing about the Queensport were the helpful & friendly staff - fantastic to have such decent service in times when service is so often sorely lacking! Rooms were clean & decent for thr money paid. Reasonably close to thr airport & even with s cab-fare & the room cost, the Queensport was the best value by far. But it is the clear communication, helpful & friendly service that will bring us back there again. Thank you staff! 😊

almost of all is fine but the internet in the room does not working . what is worse, there were too many mosquitos in the room to make sleeping uncomfortable. However, food in tavern and staff's kindness is very good.

With the Matildas game and the Ekka on in Brisbane, everyone else jacked up their prices to extortionate levels. Not the Queensport, so I had very low expectations. I was very pleasantly surprised! Staff were friendly, the room was spacious and immaculate, and very well insulated from noise and light. Beds were comfy. Nice to find a budget motel with an iron and board. Of course, it is in an industrial area so it's not in a glamour location but it is very accessible to the airport. Overall, it's a hidden gem and unbeatable value.

Large room , Desk and somewhere to eat , undercover parking . Room clean , crisp linen, clean bath room . I would rate my stay as much better than a lot of other places I have stayed . Would like to have access to a micro wave oven .
