Mostly clean, just things like dishes and kitchen appliances needed a bit extra clean. Also the dryer we had kept overheating and stopping part way through the cycle, had to leave open to cool and ran 4 times for 1 load. Room 1707. Staff was nice and helpful and everyone we interacted with was great. The bed was comfortable and glad to see 2 separate air con zones from the living room and the bedroom. Overall great and would stay again

OK if at the right price.
Apartment was fine, expensive due to the world cup game being on. Inflated price means inflated credit card charges. Staff good. Nice sauna & spa, however the pool is a joke - shallow end 900mm whilst the deep end is 1m deep. That's right, 1m! And I don't think it was that full during our visit. Great access to train and river cat plus a couple of good eateries near by. OK if at the right price.

This property was beautiful. It was central with plenty to do. The staff were polite and very helpful. The only negative about the whole experience was the additional cost for parking. The price for the hotel should have covered the parking cost and it was unfortunate that there was an unexpected additional cost for parking. Unfortunately it just tarnished the otherwise awesome time my family and I had.
