The staff were lovely, extremely helpful with information and very accommodating. The rooms however were dirty - food stains down cupboard doors, inside drawers dirty, cutlery draw lined with toilet paper. Would call it a very poor clean between bookings.

The glass doors where dirty the shower was dirty carpet and lounge chairs dirty and stained. We had to go and buy detol wipes and Glen20 from IGA we where to scared to touch any surface We had to clean down the kitchen benches and shower. There was a build up of dust on furniture. The toilet seat was loose and had marks on it. The curtains in bedroom stunk and blinds in lounge where dirty. For the money we paid we are very disappointed it was our honeymoon and we where looking forward to the break. Outside of building we counted 4 syringes on the ground and in the gutter. We would not recommend this property to anyone. Jennifer

Mould around bath tub. Silicone needs replacing. Dust all over bed side lamp and other places. Uncomfortable lounge chair. Had to prop up with pillows. Patio dusty. Chairs dirty. Shower over bath tub. Dangerous.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The balcony was lovely to sit outside with a coffee even though it was raining. Close walk to all facilities and Queen Street Mall, and the museum was walking distance! Would highly recommend the Sedgebrook apartments and will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Brisbane

Na Xue the manager is really friendly and very accommodating. She went out of her way to check us in early, get us a 2nd key for the apartment and a plug for the bath. Apartments are spacious and in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Friendly staff. Kitchen was poorly appointed, mis matched crockery, no water glasses, few cooking utensils, range hood fan didn’t work. It was well stocked with cleaning powders/liquids.

Not the best , Room was untidy and old , mattress sagged in middle and ants in the kitchen. Also reception charged $200.00 for electricity used during stay.

This is the person I am determined to stop her from staying longer. I didn't know what she was doing after checked in until I found that the apartment's electricity reached a very high level within 10 days. The meter displays almost the same amount of power as the two months in the normal record. Our apartment hot water is use electricity to warm up.

Had family member staying at Brisbane Private Hospital. Was walking distance to there and the city so was convenient. Room had everything i needed for my stay.

Beware of Manager and False advertising
Booked and paid for 2 weeks accom to my understanding was suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 children can stay free, there was only enough hot water for 1 person for 5 minutes, dirty, stains burns on carpet, spa doesn't work, no WiFi, no pool although advertising pool in description and photos, paid extra fees for rollaway beds as we had extra kids stay and because I refused to pay more money for extra charges the the Manager kept coming up with everyday harassing my husband and I, and barged into our room with her keys without asking, and was extremely aggravated , threatening, and racist towards me calling me names and the list goes on and on, also wanted fees for electricity , when that was also not in the agreement, she then refused to refund any money for duration of stay and continues to harrass me via my Mobile after I have left and have had to pay excessive extra cost in rebooking new accommodation. Please be aware She is not human.

Yes, the police helped me to get these people out. Why are these guests no longer able to stay? The guests lie, they are a liar. They booked a two-person stay, but four people stayed in the room without the manager's permission. Power usage suddenly jumped to the normal cost of the entire month just within 9 nights. They threw the TV remote into the oven and melted it. The worst thing happened when I checked the condition of the room, her boyfriend has approached me, and deliberately naked body then knocking my body for sexual harassment, also asked the woman to take a video. I ran out of the room and called the police to order them to move out. They are really ugly and very disgusting people. I hope there are no more hotels or rentals for them to stay. If anyone wants to know who they are, call our phone number and I'll be happy to let you know what their looks. They may book again with a different name because the reservation was under the woman's name.

Bad service, staff are out of line,
I didn’t like the place one bit, for starters the decor is tacky and the carpets are not clean, the room smells, and the Staff im charge might charge you extra electricity at the end of your stay, it’s ridiculous!! She thinks she can barge into your life... not very professional, I would not stay here and I definetly dont recommend!

The room was dirty the sheets had a yellow tinge.
We hated it the room had a yuk smell and the bed made us itchy....

Dear guest, thank you so much for your feedback, as you know our building is armed with security system considering our guest's safety reason, hope you can understand, if you need visit your friend will have to register with us first, hope you can understand. Regarding the supplies of milk and bread, as while you booking, your room type information is clearly outlined, based on the lower rate it is not provided, hope you can understand. As instructed, the convenient shop is actually just across the road rather than walk far away from the apartment, the IGA, 711, Edward convenient shop is just around the corner:-) Thanks again for staying with us, hope can help you well next time:-)

It's all about location
3 - 4 block walk into Brisbane City, 2 block walk to Brisbane Central Station. Short walk to Roma St Gardens which is a must see whilst in Brisbane. Short walk to Roma St Station. Pick up and drop off at the door using Conxion Connect Brisbane which is much cheaper than the train. Used Translink Go Card to get around and when we finished provided a refund of card cost and unused credits. Can walk to South Bank or use the City Hopper free ferry.

Big apartment 5 minutes walk from the city centre
The apartment staff were excellent and very helpful, letting us check in and out with ease to suit our travel times! Really helpful. The apartment itself was huge, much bigger than we were expecting and well equipped with everything you'd need with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a big fridge freezer! The only thing that let the whole experience down was the cleanliness. As you'll see from the attached photos the carpets need more than a thorough clean, they need replacing, the sofa and armchair need reupholstering or new covers as a minimum, the cutlery wasn't clean and the air conditioning unit was appaling. We also found some stains on the bed linen so we removed certain parts! Overall the experience was let down by the cleanliness as you didn't want to walk around without shoes on or sit down on the sofas. The air con unit was so dirty that we barely used it, we didn't want it blowing anything untoward out into the room. The cleanliness is a real problem especially as there are signs highlighting charges if things are left untidy or unclean! Great location, views and easy walking distance for the city!

Dear guest, thank you so much for leaving us a valued feedback after your stay. Thanks for letting us know you liked the room allocated. Regarding the cleaning as you know you stay more than a week, so we only did a room service in the middle of your stay rather than detailed cleaning. Hope you can understand, for the stain under sink, as you know it is because of the plumber work, we cannot move permanently. Regarding the furniture we do have the sofa bed cover actually on it, but during your stay as you need to put up the sofa bed, so have to take that away, hope you can understand. The stain on carpet and chair has been fully removed after your check out during the detailed cleaning:-) Thanks again dear guest, we hope can see you next time and will provide detailed cleaning during your long stay rather than room service. The room was extremely well fitted out with a massive terrace balcony overlooking a beautiful city view. Crystal, the staff member we dealt with was incredibly friendly & accomodating. Would most definitely stay there again. Was an absolute pleasure
