Hi Reza,Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your recent stay. Our property is listed as Pet Friendly, with all fees and charges related to bringing a pet with you outlined on the website you used to book your last minute accommodation. As you did not advise at check-in that you were bringing your dog with you our front desk staff neither charged you these fees nor were you allocated a pet friendly room. When the night manager saw that you had a dog, he advised you there would be charges and that a pet friendly room was required. Rather than pay the fees, you made the decision to return your dog to your home and stay without your pet in a non-pet friendly room.If you wish to stay at our hotel again in the future with a pet you are welcome to do so with the pet cleaning fees payable at check-in.Kind regards,Kathy ParkGeneral Manager
