A lovely property close to RBWH which was our reason for staying. $29 per night for parking is disappointing given the price per room is higher than other local properties, but still the convenience of location outweighs this. Lovely staff and well equipped.

I was originally booked in at another Oaks property but as they were undergoing renovations was transferred to the iStay. Overall great location. Nice sized rooms and property. Could do with a bit of a makeover to freshen it up and little. Bathroom looked as though however it had not been cleaned for some time with mould in shower including grout, door and soap holder.

Great spot.
Room 2302. Lovely spot but a couple of complaints about the unit - shower nozzle wouldn’t stay in place- kept falling - had to tie it in knots. Kitchen sink plug useless - kept losing washing up water. Wet tiles and slippery! Even before all the rain! Beautiful pool and lovely guy on reception on Sunday morning.

Not the best place to stay for a holiday. Good over night stay. Right next to freeway and Hospital on the other side. Make sure you ask them if the parking is free or not as they say it’s hotel parking and then when you check out they sting you for $25 per night for parking. What a joke.

Really good room, clean with nice comfortable beds. However, there was no dishcloths, we couldn't turn the light on in the second bedroom. And there was no power points in the ensuite. Reception was lovely and the grounds were beautiful too

The hallway was dark and dingy with nothing on the walls. The bathroom wasn't very clean and there was dirt on wall. The TV remote batteries were dead, but the guy at reception was able to help with that. We weren't told that we would have to pay for parking and then it was just added when I paid. It was okay for one night but I wouldn't stay there for any longer.

It was clean modern roomy had everything in it. The self containment was grt clean bedding aswell as some free foxtel channels. Close to the city grt pool gym and sauna overall a grt stay.

Large apartments city edge
Stayed here overnight for a bday in a three bedroom. Apartment seemed outdated and could definitely do with new carpets which was a bit of a surprise for a four star property. The unit was spacious with a massive wrap around balcony and full facilities.The outdoor gardens were nice and friendly reception staff

The property was located so close to the RBWH. As we were visiting for a medical procedure it was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and quite. Would definitely stay here again

Great stay for business. busy overpass nearby but excellent soundproofing glass doors - slept soundly. On-site parking a little steep at $25 a night though

The Oaks Brisbane Mews Suites is my "Go-to" place when I stay in Brissy. I have stayed on occasions due to proximity to RBWH and other times just because of the serenity, helpful staff and sheer comfort, even though it may be a bit further from my destination.

This property was great for our family of 6, 4 of whom are teenagers. It was a great size for us, stylish and modern with good size rooms. The balcony opened up towards a lovely Japanese garden and pond with a beautifully green lawn. Amenities were also great for our one week stay with a well equipped gym and nice size swimming pool. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful and are an asset to the Hotel. We will definately stay here again.

Friendly efficient check in staff. Clean apartment. Brilliant set up for self catering stay. Comfy beds. Balcony. I was a bit short on kitchen equipment but housekeeping brought me what I needed straight away. Definitely will stay there again if we need to be in that area.

The hotel itself was pleasing, staff were lovely and rooms spacious with nice furniture and comfortable beds. Landscaping and positioning to the hospital for our medical needs perfect. The true let down was the cleaning. The bathroom was a disappointment with built up grime, calcium and Mildew in the shower and hairs from the previous guest. This hotel has all the makings to be fantastic. They just need better cleaners.

Great location
Wonderful supportive staff at the hotel. Very convenient location being a 2 minute walk to the hospital. I would highly recommend staying here.

Noisy neighbours on weekends
If you don't mind to people making a noise all night partying in weekends this should be a good place. During the week its great to stay.

While we don't have any pandas, there is a family of goldfish and crayfish living happily in our garden pond, and some of our younger guests (and staff) take great pleasure in feeding our smallest residents each day. I was very happy with the friendly & helpful staff. The apartment was neat & tidy, suited my needs. The convenience to the Royal Brisbane was my main interest of the property & I wasn't disappointed - a very easy walk.

The shower in this unit in master bedroom was very poor. Needs to be fixed urgently. I did not the substandard shower and this hotel needs fix to keep guest happy

Overall the property was very good, although a little light on with kitchen saucepans etc. for anyone on an extended stay Only thing we didn't like was the 2nd bedroom had no external window and was a bit stuffy. Unit was very quiet even though close to major roads
