The whole place was run down. Only good things was the bed was comfortable and clean, thats it.

The beds were not very comfortable. Even though we had booked for 3 people and the room slept 4 we only had 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups. There also needs to be a pest protection performed as there were a couple of small cockroaches. The people in the next room were noisy and the language was disgusting as there was an argument that escalated to the point where the owner had to intervene.

I was staying in a family room with 2 teenagers and was woken at 2am with a dreadful fight going on outside the language that came out of the females mouth was disgusting they seemed to be in a permanent room. We were near the highway which was a concern about the noise but it was quiet to the fight I heard. All you ask when you are staying overnight is quite so you can sleep this didn’t happen. When i spoke to the manager about the incident the next morning they appeared not to care they already had my payment for the room.

Smelled, door with kick mark in it- cobwebs, dusty smell- maybe air con needed cleaning- lots of junk outside- windows dirty- best thing was shower head and water pressure.

The room 28 was bright and the furniture alright. The Matraze could be more comfortable. The sink was broken but usable. The staff were absolutely great. Very friendly and helpful. Special Thanks to Wendy ;)

It’s a unpleasant stay. Service staff not friendly at all. They are not responding Room is not clean Vanity Is cracked Toilet is not cleaned Never recommended to anyone for stay ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Hi Kasun, We are so sorry that you had a unpleasant stay. You stayed three days but you only mentioned we charged you extra but did not tell us where you were unsatisfied after you checked in, otherwise we can fix the issue or change another room for you. It's fine that the room is very dirty and mess because it's our job to clean the room. But, smoking is not allowed inside the room. We didn't charge you extra. According to the policy, all guests need to pay $100.00 for deposit/bond when they check in. We also refunded the $100.00 to you when you checked out.

-There was no micro wave, they brought one when we requested. -Buttons on the tv remote were too weak, i struggled to change channels, put the volume up and down, which hurt my fingers -There was no one at the reception on arrival, no one answered the phone, i waited for almost 5 minutes, and it was too hot outside -The receptionist should be someone who can speak/understand english

No one would answer the after hours bell (8pm). On the 3rd attempt an elderly lady came out who didn’t know what to do. Finally got to my room and there was no heat nor promised wifi service. On checkout I called out to see if anyone was there and someone just yelled out to leave the key.

The property is very poorly maintained. The Room's front door lock was broken and so even with a key took minutes to open. Bathroom wall cladding was loose and falling away in corners. Main room walls were unclean, left splattered with 'something'. Air conditioner did not work. Shower hot water was the 'saving grace' - it was good.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was clean but bathroom showing mould in shower recess and leaky handbasin tap. Good meal facilities in the room although utensils and crockery limited to tea and coffee making. Whilst non-smoking rooms, plenty of cigarette smoke drifted in to room from outside smokers which was unpleasant.

Although this motel is in a great location being just off the motorway, definitely wouldn’t recommend it. It’s a dump! The whole place needs some TLC. The motel looks old and worn and the surrounds are overgrown. The place is in need of repair and a good lick of paint. One wouldn’t dare swim in the pool as it was green with algae. The green areas around the pool were, also, overgrown and the back of the pool chair was laden with mould. The room seemed clean enough, but was outdated! Room items need to be renovated, especially the very much aged bathroom whose window opens onto a small dark corridor. The room window overlooked and opened onto a messy and overgrown backyard. Would never stay here again, unless there’s a great change to bring it to a more than 1-2 star rating, when visiting the area next time.

The exterior of the motel wasn’t appealing but the room was clean and comfortable. I got a steak for dinner via room service that was very average. The location was good.

Hi guest, You booked one night and paid $106.00 through Lastminute. You told us that you would be back when you checked out on the second day. Clean property in a quiet area. Room service food was tasty. Internet was mostly unusable. Our room was most likely located too far away from the property's router, resulting in very poor internet.

The staff we very friendly and helpful. Did take an actual phone call to get the staff to the office to check in. Also, the advertised 'wifi available' was not actually available for either of our 2 nights stay.
