"The hotel location is excellent and very convenient, especially for attending the Ultra Music Festival at Bayfront Park. Everything was within walking distance, which made the trip much easier. However, the service experience was disappointing. At check-in, we were assigned a room on the 44th floor. When we entered the room, I noticed debris/sticky residue on the bed wall, which was unacceptable for a hotel at this price level. I reported it to the front desk and was told housekeeping would come, but we waited for 3 hours with no follow-up or communication. This wasted our time when we should have been resting. After going back down to the front desk, I spoke with the manager, who apologized and arranged a room change since housekeeping was unavailable. Although I appreciated the response, the situation could have been handled much better from the beginning. Another issue was the complimentary wine included with our reservation. The staff repeatedly mentioned it, but we only received one bottle after 3 days. Additionally, the manager promised to waive the $157 resort fee due to the inconvenience, but it was still on the bill at checkout. I had to address it again with the front desk, and it felt like they were reluctant to resolve it until I showed proof. Overall, the location is fantastic, but the service and housekeeping standards did not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. Traffic around the hotel during checkout was also very heavy due to the festival, which "

"Great location near the stadium, but limited dining and amenities within walking distance. The on-site restaurant closed two hours earlier than expected, which was frustrating. Staff and bellman were excellent, but the concierge was less helpful. Parking setup was tricky with an international phone, though convenient once working. Rooms feel more like a residence (fridge, stove, pullout sofa), making it better suited for longer stays than short visit"

"A little disappointed. The main reason we chose this property was because of the shuttle to the cruise ship. I was told it was full and was unable to get a time. So we ubered. I could have ubered from a less expensive hotel. Probably won’t be back. Oh also, out of coffee at 9:30a"

"The onsite staff were fine - not overly nice but not rude either. Hotel was clean. Major problem was that even though I booked and prepaid through Expedia, the hotel repeatedly put pending on the card given for onsite incidentals and when I had to get Expedia involved to resolve it because the hotel staff couldn't/wouldn't, my Expedia payment was refunded instead of Hyatt reversing the charges. I checked in a week ago, was charged the destination fee and the incidentals twice. Then, they charged one amount that wasn't the full price for the room. Then later, after I brought all the erroneous charges to their attention, they charged me AGAIN for a different amount! So, now I was charged twice for the room, and the hotel has a LOT of extra pending charges still sitting on my credit card for a 1-night stay w/no extra anything. I'm going to have to report fraud to my credit card issuer to get the Hyatt's extra charges off my card. Will never stay at a Hyatt again."
