Staff went out of their way to help find a USB brick :-) Late checkbout options (for a fee) are awesome, especially for getting in one more afternoon at the beach and having a place to clean up and change before departing. Only thing ill change next time, is bring my own USB port for backup :-)"

"The team is great. Valet opens your door every time. The bar and restaurant staff are great. Rainbow, crystal, Chris, Jeff, and Gabriel are all fabulous. Although understaffed. We were there three days and never had our room serviced. The lobby restrooms were a mess, but again, not enough staff. Give them help and everything will be ok. Great job restaurant and bar team!"
