"Needs a bit of updating, screen door popped off asap but I had tools and reset the rollers, extra pillows did not get delivered and had to call again, loan bikes for 3-4 hours before charging. Hot tub was out of service which was the reason we selected this resort after being in chilly weather for 3 days, disappointing. Positeves: Room was clean, bed was nice, breakfast being continental was good and eggs tasted like real eggs. Easy check out and plenty of activities for kids."
