"Check in was the hardest part of the stay. The computer system was down so we went to grab and food and crossed our fingers that we could come back to check in. Luckily it worked out for us. The room, the pool, hot tub and koi pond were a big hit with my family. We would stay there again."

"Perfect location right on the sand in Santa Cruz! Could watch the waves and the surfers from the room and activity on the pier. Room was a good size. Enjoyed the convenience of the coffee cart in the lobby and the food and views at Jack O’neills were excellent! "
